About the Company

GKN Aerospace Sweden is part of GKN Aerospace, which manufactures engine components, aircraft structures, cabin windows, wiring, and much more for many of the world's aircraft. The companies in the Aerospace division that work with parts for aircraft engines form Engines, and at the facility in Trollhättan, advanced parts for engines for aircraft and rockets are developed and manufactured. They also work with engine maintenance.

GKN Aerospace has production facilities in Trollhättan, Kongsberg (Norway), Mexico, and the USA. They also have an engineering office in Bangalore, India, and offices in Stockholm (Public Affairs) and Gothenburg. The headquarters for Engines is located in Trollhättan.

Your Responsibilities

Here you will assemble and perform testing for both maintenance and development of engines. Within the department, there is also an apparatus workshop that maintains devices for the engines, and the main tasks within the apparatus are disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and testing as well as delivery.

Requirements for the Position

• Complete high school diploma
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Relevant experience and/or education
